Buniyadi Defence Academy (BDA) is an iconic institution and hallmark of excellence in the sphere of defence education in Churu, Rajasthan. BDA is established under the flagship of IASE (Deemed To Be) University, Gandhi Vidya Mandir (GVM), Sardarshahr on 15^th of April, 2019.

During last seven decades of its glorious existence, GVM has grown both in grace and dignity and from its portals have emerged ‘Leaders’, who have demonstrated the essence of humanity thereby vindicating the faith and vision of its founding father – Shri Swami Ramsharan Ji Maharaj.

Since 1950, GVM is imparting the light of education in Sardarshahr and nearby villages. Over the years GVM is creating space and pathways for youths to develop their skills and livelihood. In the creation, GVM comes up with a unique pathway, BDA, to empower youths by providing them the accurate training and quality education to join defence forces.

BDA is an exclusive defence training academy which is attracting the best of youth from far-flung areas in Churu, Rajasthan. The embrace is specifically created to groom the promising youth into ‘Leaders’ who can live their life with the ethos: ‘Life Devoted to Motherland – INDIA’.

Our Objectives

The objective of training, in core, is to impart academic and technological training of the top-notch quality in order to equip students with appropriate skills for cracking the entrance tests of defence forces at one go.

Carry out focused training to enable students to achieve the required physical endurance standard with proficiency. Special attention is given to inculcate the qualities of leadership, aspiration for self-enhancement and a desire to excel in every sphere.

Along with academic teaching, special emphasis is given on overall personality development of the students by inculcating a sense of self-discipline, admiration, veracity, duty, and pride.

The institution has intent to continuously upgrade the training and teaching methodologies as well as infrastructures with a view to provide training that conform the national training standard.
