Our Vision 

This region comes in the place of backward areas districts because of facing many natural disasters in its past . Before Independence Churu district was facing the problems of communication sources, lack of employment sources and poverty. At that time education facility was not available  to many kms of the region. On observing this fact .our school took a mission on its shoulders to provide the best education at a very low fee for it. To a success of this mission ,from almost all nearby regions many poor , helpless and needy students turned in the school from all communities to study . Even in the present day maximum students of minority community are studying in the School. The founders of the school had a view ,that students should be taught the moral and character developments lessons based on morality. In this reference ,the great saint Lt. Swami Shri Ramsharanji Maharaj  himself provided the children ,the values of humanity from time to time and the same tradition is being followed till now by the family and by the Institution also .

Dugar English Medium :- With the continuous demand of the people to have an English Medium unit along with the successfully running Dugar Hindi Medium , the authority gave it a thought and with the dreams come true  English Medium unit was set up with a different campus ,as its first session from 2016-17.

मिशन :- यह क्षेत्र प्राकृतिक प्रकोप की अधिकता के कारण देश के पिछड़े हुए जिलों की श्रेणी में आता है। आजादी से पूर्व चूरू जिला अकाल, उच्चतम व न्यूनतम तापमान से प्रभावित, संचार तथा रोजगार के अल्प साधनों के कारण गरीबी से जूझ रहा था। उस समय शिक्षा दूर-दराज तक नहीं थी। विद्यालय का मुख्य मिशन अल्प फीस में उच्चतर श्रेणी की शिक्षा प्रदान करना है। गरीब व असहाय तथा सभी समुदाय के छात्र यहां शिक्षा ग्रहण करने आते हैं। विद्यालय में आज भी सबसे ज्यादा अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय के छात्र शिक्षा ग्रहण करते हैं। 
संस्थापकों का जो विचार था कि छात्रों में नैतिक व चारित्रिक विकास और सदाचार की शिक्षा दी जाये। इसी क्रम में संस्थापक परिवार के ही महान् संत शिरोमणी स्वामी रामशरण जी महाराज (स्व. श्री कन्हैयालाल जी दूगड़) ने भी बालकों को समय≤ पर मानव मूल्यों की शिक्षा अपने वचनामृत के द्वारा प्रदान की है, और उन्ही के वचनामृतों का अनुशरण विद्यालय परिवार अनवरत कर रहा है। 
अंग्रेजी माध्यम:- लगातार पिछले कुछ समय से मांग हो रही थी कि हिन्दी माध्यम के साथ अंग्रेजी माध्यम में विद्यालय में शिक्षा दी जाये। इसी ध्यान में रखते हुए सत्र 2016-17 से विद्यालय में अलग कैम्पस में अंग्रेजी माध्यम की शुरूआत की गई।
